Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of everythinghappensforus.com and your purchase of products and memberships from EHFU LLC ("Everything Happens For Us," "EHFU," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell digital products (such as guided journals and workbooks delivered as downloadable files) and the EHFU Inner Circle, a monthly membership that provides new mindset content each month. Product descriptions and prices are shown at checkout.

EHFU Inner Circle membership: automatic renewal

The Inner Circle membership is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout (currently $9.00 USD per month, plus any applicable tax) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method each month. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, with no need to contact us: open the customer portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8x27sLedlgUWcRg1WT67S00, sign in with the email you used to subscribe, and select Cancel subscription. A link to manage your subscription is also included in billing emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Price changes

We may change membership pricing. We will notify you by email before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payments and taxes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and pause or end access until payment is received.

Refunds

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, one-time digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where a file is defective and we cannot fix it. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time; when you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.

License to use our content

Our content, including workbooks, prompts, videos and posts, is owned by EHFU LLC and protected by copyright. When you buy or subscribe, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal growth. You may print copies for your own use, but you may not resell, share, redistribute or republish our content.

Our content is for general educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHFU LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
